The ISM PR 3.0 Saddle is built around the same nose-free design that has made ISM a fixture in endurance and time trial riding — applied here to everyday urban and recreational use. The split-nose shape removes pressure from soft tissue entirely, while the foam and gel padding combination delivers ISM's highest cushioning rating in the PR line, making it well-suited to riders spending long stretches in an upright position.
At 145mm across its widest point, the PR 3.0 is designed to support your sit bones when your torso is more upright — the kind of position you'd hold on a hybrid, commuter, or leisure bike. Proper positioning is critical with any ISM saddle: tilt and fore-aft placement need to be dialled in to get the full pressure-relieving benefit from the two-pronged cutout. Get it right, and the difference from a conventional saddle is immediately apparent on longer rides.
