OTTO DesignWorks is based in Portland, Oregon, founded in 2016 by lifelong cyclists who wanted a compact lock worth actually carrying. The original Cinch Lock launched after a successful crowdfunding campaign — a patented design combining stainless steel with OTTOLOCK's signature layered construction, hand-made in Oregon with components sourced across the United States.
