Using the Ultra-Link connecting pin and side plates, the Chorus eleven-speed chain is designed to work in ultimate harmony with the Campy drivetrains. Everything from the shape of the tooth profiles on the chain rings and cogs, to the shift timing, has been specifically tuned to work with the Campy chains. There are other chains that will “work”, but nothing works as smoothly, quietly, or as long as the mating Campy chain. With a solid connecting pin, the Chorus elven-speed chain is easily among the most durable ever made.
