Estuches de viaje para bicicletas - Bolsas de viaje

A bad airline experience with an unprotected bike costs more than a travel case ever will — which is why Bike Travel Cases & Travel Bags at RA Cycles focuses on solutions that actually protect what you’re carrying. The collection covers hard cases, soft bags, and hybrid options from Scicon, Thule, Topeak, and Tri All 3, with configurations for road, MTB, and triathlon bikes.

Hard cases provide rigid protection for checked baggage scenarios. Soft bags and collapsible cases save on airline weight fees and store flat when not in use. Both approaches are represented here, with TSA-lockable options for international travel throughout the premium tier.

About Bike Travel Cases & Bags

The core decision when choosing a bike travel solution is hard case versus soft bag. Hard cases — like the Scicon AeroTech and Thule Round Trip series — provide rigid protection against impact and stacking pressure, making them the right call for checked baggage on commercial flights where handlers have no idea what’s inside. Soft bags and hybrid cases weigh significantly less, reducing checked baggage fees, but rely on internal padding and foam to protect the frame rather than an outer shell. Both approaches work; the right choice depends on how often you travel, what you’re flying, and whether weight or protection is the higher priority.

Scicon’s Italian-engineered AeroTech Evolution X TSA hard case is the premium option for riders who travel frequently and don’t want to think about their bike arriving damaged. The AeroComfort Plus series offers a lighter soft-bag alternative for road and triathlon bikes. Thule’s Round Trip cases cover road, MTB, and triathlon configurations with bike-specific internal geometry. Topeak’s Pakgo X brings a collapsible soft case option that stows compactly when not in use. Tri All 3’s Velo Safe II rounds out the hard case range at a more accessible price point.
