Cinelli AeroScoop

Every Second, Earned

75 Years of Forward Thinking

Cinelli has been shaping how the world rides since 1948. From their Milan workshop to the peloton, the brand built its name on doing things differently - not for the sake of being different, but because better ideas deserve to exist. The AeroScoop is the latest proof that heritage and innovation are not opposites. They are fuel for each other.

Where Air Meets Engineering

The AeroScoop's most distinctive feature is its split seatstay junction at the seat tube. This is not styling for the sake of it. The design channels airflow around the frame and spinning rear wheel, reducing turbulence where most bikes create it. Tested in the Tour Wind Tunnel using the TOUR Magazine protocol, the AeroScoop measured just 205 watts of drag - placing it inside the top 10 fastest road bikes ever tested. That kind of speed does not come from one big idea. It comes from dozens of small, deliberate decisions working together.

Three Layers of Intent

The AeroScoop frame is a monocoque layup of Toray T700, T800, and T1100 carbon fiber. T700 provides the structural foundation and controlled flex for comfort over long distances. T800 adds targeted stiffness where the frame needs to resist pedaling forces. T1100 - the same grade used in WorldTour race bikes - delivers maximum rigidity at the highest stress points. The result is a frame that weighs 950 grams in size medium and rides like it knows exactly what you need from it.

The Details That Add Up

Every cable and hose runs inside the frame, entering through the Columbus Spirit cockpit and exiting only where it needs to. Clean lines are not just about looks - fewer exposed surfaces mean less drag.

Room for wider rubber on an aero bike. Run 28s for race day speed or 32s for training comfort and rough roads. Your choice, no compromise.

Look closely at the fork crown and you will find a small red smiley face. It is a signature Cinelli touch - a reminder that even the fastest bikes should make you smile.

The included carbon seatpost is designed specifically for the AeroScoop frame, maintaining the aero profile from top tube to saddle. It integrates seamlessly with the seat tube for zero disruption in airflow.

Columbus Spirit Cockpit

The AeroScoop ships with a Columbus Spirit carbon integrated handlebar and stem. This is not an aftermarket add-on bolted to the frame - it is part of the system. Designed to work with the narrowed headtube, the cockpit keeps the front end clean, stiff, and aerodynamically efficient. All cables enter at the top of the stem and disappear into the frame. The bars, stem, and frame function as a single aerodynamic surface.

Pure Race Geometry

Cinelli calls it pure race, and the numbers back it up. A 1.41 stack-to-reach ratio puts you low and long - the position where watts translate directly into speed. A steep seat tube angle shifts your weight forward over the bottom bracket, opening your hip angle for better power output. Available in five sizes from XS to XL, each one tuned for the same aggressive, balanced ride feel. This is a bike built to go fast, and the geometry makes sure nothing gets in the way.
