The Blackburn Plugger Tire Plug Kit is an easy way to repair tubeless tires on the road or trail. It includes both the tool and 10 plugs, and more can be purchased separately.
It’s easy. If you get a hole in your tire that seems to big for the sealant to seal, place one or two plugs in the nose of the tool and use the nose of the tool, which is pretty much a stiff needle, to push the plugs into the tire.
The tool head can be flipped and stores, along with the plugs in the barrel handle, and attached, via a Velcro strap, to your frame, or shoved in a bag.
The tool, when closed, measures 101.mm long with a 31.75mm diameter. It weighs 27g; the strap adds another 20g.
It will work with all tubeless tires.
