The RockShox Charger RLC Remote Damper Upgrade Kit is a direct-fit internal damper assembly designed to bring Charger RLC-level damping performance to compatible RockShox forks. The RLC designation means you get independent rebound and low-speed compression adjustment, along with a remote lockout lever circuit — giving you meaningful control over fork behaviour without reaching down to the leg mid-ride.
This is a drop-in upgrade path for riders whose current fork platform can accept the Charger RLC cartridge. Rather than replacing the entire fork, you swap the damper and gain a more refined, trail-responsive feel — particularly useful when your riding has evolved beyond what a base damper can offer, or when a worn cartridge needs replacing with something better spec'd.
