The Cervelo P5 Dura-Ace Di2 Bike is Cervelo's flagship triathlon and time trial bike — the bike that Team Jumbo-Visma rode to Giro d'Italia and Tour de France victories in 2023. That race pedigree is the starting point for understanding what the P5 is and what it's designed to do. This is a bike built entirely around one goal: converting rider power into maximum speed over long, sustained efforts. Not a road bike with aero features added in. Not a triathlon-oriented compromise. A purpose-built TT and triathlon machine, at $14,500, configured with the drivetrain, wheels, and integrated storage to race at the highest level.

The carbon frame's tube profiles are shaped to minimize drag across the full rider-bike system — but the real story on this generation of P5 is the cockpit. The one-piece front end, a design Cervelo first developed for the S5 road bike, integrates basebar, riser, and stem into a single assembly that reduces complexity and eliminates the cable routing compromises of older modular systems. Stack adjustability extends up to 40mm, making it possible to build significantly different positions on the same frame. The riser adjusts extension tilt from 0 to 30 degrees in 5-degree increments — the kind of granular control a fit specialist needs to optimize pad height, reach, and angle for an athlete's specific biomechanics. The basebar itself runs 10mm lower than the previous generation to reduce frontal area further.
