Cervelo P 105 Di2 Bike Info
Cervelo P 105 Di2 Bike is the most accessible build in Cervelo's P-Series triathlon platform — a carbon bike developed directly from the same aerodynamic work that shaped the P5, Cervelo's flagship time trial machine. The P-Series shares its frame geometry, tube profiles, and wind tunnel development with the P5, while adding features specific to long-course triathlon: adjustable seat tube angle, increased tire clearance, an adjustable cockpit interface, and Cervelo's first integrated internal frame storage. The result is a bike that delivers genuine World Tour-derived aerodynamics at a build level accessible to a far wider range of athletes.
The carbon frame uses Cervelo's all-carbon tapered P fork with a D-shaped steerer tube — and that D-shaped steerer is worth understanding. Rather than locking the cockpit to a proprietary system, it accepts a round stem interface that lets athletes choose whichever basebar and extensions best fit their position. More importantly, the seat tube angle is fully adjustable between 75 and 79 degrees, a 4-degree range that accommodates a wide variety of hip angles and fit coordinates. Whether your bike fit calls for a more traditional 75-degree position or an aggressive 79-degree forward setup, the P-Series can dial it in without requiring a different frame. Cervelo offers a size and setup calculator on their site that maps arm pad stack and reach coordinates directly to compatible frame sizes and pad settings. Six sizes cover 48cm through 61cm, with a consistent 405mm chainstay length and 80mm bottom bracket drop across the range.
Shifting is Shimano 105 Di2, with R7150 front and rear derailleurs running a 52/36 chainring setup and a 12-speed 11-34 cassette. The Shimano 105 R7100 crankset includes a 4iiii Precision GEN3+ single-sided power meter — a meaningful standard inclusion at this price point for athletes training and racing on power. The bar-end shifters are Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 R9160, the dedicated TT/tri bar-end switch that operates the Di2 system from the aero extensions. Paired with the Riderever Triva Carbon brake levers, which integrate Shimano SW-R9150 Di2 shift switches at the base bar, the result is full Di2 shifting from both hand positions without coming out of the tuck. Braking is hydraulic disc through Riderever Triva Carbon calipers with Shimano CL700 Centerlock rotors, providing consistent modulation in all conditions.
The wheelset is Reserve 40/44 carbon — 40mm at the front, 44mm at the rear — built on Reserve hubs and tubeless-compatible. The asymmetric depth is a practical choice for triathlon: the shallower front wheel improves handling stability in crosswind conditions, while the slightly deeper rear captures more aerodynamic benefit where sensitivity matters less. Tires are Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR G2.0 at 700x29 — a tubeless-ready supple racing tire that rolls quickly on smooth pavement and remains manageable on variable surfaces over long race distances.
The cockpit is Profile Design's Wing 10A basebar with 52A arm pad extensions and the SuperSonic cockpit assembly — an established aero basebar system in the triathlon market, adjustable and compatible with a wide variety of extension configurations. The alloy construction is appropriate for this build level and keeps the system straightforward to adjust. Cervelo includes a comprehensive accessories package designed for long-course racing: a rear hydration mount, a front computer and accessory mount, the Cervelo Smartpak 400 top tube storage bag, and two in-frame storage rolls for inner tube and flat kit. That internal storage capacity is a first for the P-Series platform, and it handles race-day nutrition and mechanical backup without adding anything externally that would undercut the frame's aerodynamic work.
The P 105 Di2 is the direct route onto a Cervelo P-Series frame without the outlay of the higher builds. The frame and fork deliver the same aerodynamic platform as the Ultegra Di2 and Force AXS 1 versions; the 105 Di2 drivetrain is electronic, reliable, and low-maintenance; and the power meter is already included. It comes in Basalt and Extraspectral Mauve across six sizes — 48cm through 61cm — with pedals not included.
