The CeramicSpeed angle in this build is more complete than it usually is. It's not just the wheels — the Miche Integrale BB also has CeramicSpeed inserts. So you have ceramic bearings at the hubs and at the bottom bracket, which are the two highest-load bearing interfaces on the drivetrain. Whether you can feel the difference on a group ride is a personal question; whether it reduces friction is measurable and it does.

Dura-Ace Di2 R9250 is a reference-grade groupset. The 52/36 chainring setup is more road-race oriented than 50/34 — appropriate for the Filante's aerodynamic character. The 11-30 cassette reflects that orientation: tighter ratio spacing, less climbing range than the Campagnolo 10-33. If you're racing criteriums and flat-to-rolling road races, that's the right tradeoff. If you're riding in the mountains regularly, you might want to swap the cassette.
