Bjorn Divan Saddle

The Bjorn Divan Saddle pairs a lightweight carbon structure with genuine Italian-tanned kangaroo leather, built for riders who spend long hours in the saddle on road, gravel, or cyclocross rides. The kangaroo leather is dyed through for consistent color over time and is naturally soft, elastic, and low-friction — supple enough to ride comfortably even without bib shorts, while resisting wear far better than synthetic covers.

Underneath the leather sits a dual-density CNC-machined PU foam pad: a firmer bottom layer handles support and absorbs bumps, while a softer top layer spreads contact area to reduce pressure points, tissue swelling, and numbness on long rides. The carbon shell beneath the foam is shaped specifically around the leather cover, so only leather contacts your shorts — no carbon edges rubbing at the perimeter — while keeping the saddle stiff and the 7x9mm carbon rails securely seated in the clamp.

At 127 grams and 250mm long, the Divan is built entirely by hand — carbon rails and shell first, then the foam, then the leather stretched and pinned into shape before final finishing. It's rated for a combined rider-and-saddlebag weight of up to 120kg. Available in Black in 143mm and 155mm widths, it suits riders who want a race-weight saddle without giving up the comfort of a traditional leather cover.
