Zipp Tubeless Valve and Tape Kit for Zipp 808 Info
If you have a Zipp 808 Tubeless wheelset and need to replace the tubeless tape and valve, this is the kit for you. It helps you set up a pair of 808 wheels.
It comes with 24mm wide tape for the rim bed. You’ll do one complete wrap of the rim with the tape before punching a hole through the tape for the valve. The valve length is 100mm long and comes with a nut and o-ring. Remove both before installation. Install the o-ring first, then hand-tighten the nut. And you’re good to go.
Once again, this kit is only if you already have Zipp 808 Tubeless rims. The same tape width is used with the 404, but that takes a shorter valve.
