Aerodynamics are a key to the success of the Sum. Thanks to CFD analysis, Argon 18 managed to create a frame that is comparable in weight to the Gallium Pro and similar to the aero efficiency of the Nitrogren. Dropped seatstays and an indented seat tube help keep you in the perfect aero riding position while remaining comfortable. An updated size range also focuses on rider position across all sizes. This updated system also greatly improves handling, especially at high speeds. The 3D+ integrated front end makes this handling better than ever. Argon 18’s Road Race Geometry ensures the fastest and most technically accurate performance on every ride.
The frame of the Sum features their Elite Level Layup. This results in a lower price while maintaining a very high level of performance in the form of aero efficiency and low weight. Hunt 4 Season All Road Wheels are added for perfect all-around riding. The frame contains the Topological Compliance System which adds endurance-like compliance to the bike, making it perfect for long distance riders.
