Zipp SLC2 Road Bar

When you're looking for the stiffest ultra light carbon-fiber bar around, you should be checking out Zipp's SLC2 Bar.
                       
The handlebar, available in both short and shallow (ergo) and traditional bends, is still feathery, at 190g. But it is also stiff, thanks to the elongated 31.8mm center section, which Zipp engineers moved out as wide as they could. It maintains this diameter across 60% of the tops. The result is both more to grab onto across the tops and stiffer when ape-swinging on the hoods, hooks, or drops.
 
The short-and-shallow has 84.5mm of reach and 128mm of drop, while the traditional has 88mm of reach and 130mm of drop.  Both ramp similarly to the hoods, the difference being the more constant-radius curve on the traditional round bend, and the short and shallow following more of an oval path.
 
The larger diameter and the reinforcing across the 110mm clamp zone makes it strong enough to work with clip-on aero bars, so even triathletes have a reason to look into these bars.
 
Even with the beefing, Zipp was still able to work in their VCLC vibration damping technology to smooth out the bumps as much as possible before they reach your hands.
