The CEP Achilles Support Socks are an ingenious blend of the company's active compression socks with extra support and compression for an injured Achilles from the athletic compression experts. The Achilles Support Socks are sold in pairs, but just one of the socks has the extra Achilles support, for use with a mild Achilles injury.
The graduated medical-grade compression in the CEP Achilles Support Socks ranges from 15 to 20 mmHg in the foot and arch, and increases to 22 mmHg from the ankle upwards. Similar to CEP's other active wear compression socks, the result is increased venous blood flow, improved ankle and arch stabilization, reduced vibrations and muscle damage, and improved performance. Thanks to the specific anatomical Achilles support, the injured Achilles is cradled between pads that add more support and further increase circulation to keep swelling down and reduce soreness.
