Wove V8 TT+Tri Saddle - Carbon Rails

Wove V8 TT+Tri Saddle - Carbon Rails is built around a full carbon fiber shell and 7mm x 9mm oval carbon rails, extended in length to give you more room to dial in fore/aft position without running out of adjustment range. The whole saddle weighs in under 160g, and at 295mm long it sits right at the UCI's regulation limit, striking a balance between aerodynamics and legality for time trial and triathlon racing. Wove built the V8 after conducting more than 4,000 bike fits, working closely with high-level athletes, with particular attention to comfort issues that affect women, to address pressure points that many TT saddles overlook.

The nose measures roughly 53.8mm wide, longer and narrower than most triathlon saddles, which cuts down on thigh rubbing and soft tissue pressure when you're locked into the aerobars for hours. A grippy cover keeps you anchored on the nose instead of sliding forward under power, and a squared-off tip stops that forward roll altogether. Deep foam padding in the nose and reinforced wing padding absorb road vibration over long rides, while integrated hardware lets you mount a water bottle directly to the saddle rails. At $520, this is a dedicated race saddle for triathletes and time trialists who spend serious hours in an aggressive aero position and want a seat built specifically for that posture, not a road saddle adapted to fit.
