The Wolf Tooth Mountain Front Hub - J-Bend 6-Bolt Boost is the j-bend, six-bolt version of Wolf Tooth's mountain front hub, machined in-house from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminium for both the shell and the axle. It fits 15x110 Boost forks, takes six-bolt rotors only, and is laced with j-bend spokes in either 28 or 32 hole. Claimed weight is 192g.
Internally it runs the ENVE INNERDRIVE system, built around oversized 42mm steel ratchets and what Wolf Tooth calls Perfect Preload, a setup aimed at low rolling resistance and long bearing life. Engagement is yours to pick: 60T, 80T or 100T drive ratchets, trading lower drag for a quicker pickup depending on what you want out of the wheel.
Standard j-bend lacing makes this the straightforward hub of the two mountain front options, and the easier one to rebuild or get spokes for anywhere. Wolf Tooth backs it with Right to Repair, so service kits and parts are available, and a five-year warranty. Choose from black, red, blue, orange, ultraviolet purple and gold.
