Shimano 105 R7020 Hydraulic Brake/Shift Lever

The Shimano 105 R7020 Hydraulic Brake/Shift Lever combines hydraulic disc brake control and shifting into a single lever for Shimano's 105 R7000 groupset, sold individually as a left or right unit so you can replace just the side you need. Each lever runs Shimano's mineral oil hydraulic system with a flat mount brake caliper interface and a built-in bleed port, and shifting internals borrowed from Shimano's mountain bike levers keep both front and rear shifts smooth enough to manage with one finger.

The lever clamps to a standard 23.8-24.2mm diameter bar and includes reach adjustment, so riders with smaller hands can bring the lever blade closer to the bar without changing the shift feel. Paired with a 105 R7000 front derailleur, Shimano designed this lever to shift the front mech with less effort than the previous 105 generation. Because it's the 2x11-speed version, it's built to work with 105 R7000-series rear derailleurs and cassettes rather than newer 12-speed 105 components — worth checking against the rest of your drivetrain before ordering.
