Prologo Scratch M5 PAS 3D Nack Saddle takes Prologo's established Scratch M5 shape and rebuilds its padding using 3D printing instead of traditional foam. The saddle sits on an injected long-fiber carbon base paired with Nack rails made from carbon fiber, kevlar, and aluminum filaments, bringing weight down to around 176 grams while keeping the rail rigid under load.

The 3D-printed top uses Prologo's Multi Sector System (MSS), dividing each side of the saddle into three sectors, each with its own density and elastic coefficient, tuned using pressure-mapping data collected from professional and amateur riders. The dual-layer construction lets those sectors adapt independently through the pedal stroke rather than compressing as one uniform pad. Down the center, Prologo's PAS channel — a wide, open cutout — relieves pressure on the perineal area and keeps blood flow moving on longer rides.
