Giordana Women's FR-C Thermal Tight Info

The Giordana Women's FR-C Thermal Tight is a cool-weather cycling tight in Giordana's race-cut FR-C range, built from element-repelling Blizzard fabric with a women's OmniForm Cirro S-W chamois. Giordana pitches the line as pro-level performance for the everyday athlete.

Blizzard is a 250g, high-stretch, abrasion-resistant fabric with an Acqua Zero water repellent treatment, and the interior is soft brushed microfiber for added warmth. The saddle panel has been updated with a ceramic coating for abrasion resistance. Giordana's Body Clone technology gives the tight a snug fit, and the straight-cut leg hems and reflective calf accents add visibility.

The pad is Giordana's top-of-the-line OmniForm Cirro S-W, an aloe-infused, anti-microbial chamois for longer rides. The tight is made in Italy from 85% nylon and 15% elastane and comes in black, sizes XS through 3XL. Care is a machine wash at 40°C or less on a reduced cycle, no bleach or iron, and hang or lay flat to dry.

The leg hems are straight cut, and reflective calf accents give you some visibility on early or late rides. Body Clone technology produces the snug, second-skin fit that defines the FR-C range.

It is a plain tight with a quality pad rather than a feature-heavy piece: no bib straps or ventilation panels are listed, and it comes in black only, sizes XS to 3XL. The Acqua Zero treatment is water repellent, not waterproof, so a heavy rain still calls for a shell. And the close, race-oriented cut means you should size with the fit in mind and not by habit.
