The Giordana Women's FR-C Pro Thermal Tight is a full-length, Super Roubaix fleece-lined tight for high-intensity training and riding in milder climates. Giordana uses its Body Clone technology to create a second-skin fit, and it recommends the tight for cool weather.
Fabric and ventilation
The thermal brushed interior is placed around the thighs, the front of the shins and the lower back to help retain warmth. Breathable panels start at the front of the knee, wrap the calf and run to the ankle, which Giordana designed to regulate temperature at high output. The material is 85% nylon and 15% elastane, and Giordana says the Super Roubaix lining adds warmth with improved wind protection.
Fit and chamois
A higher waistline improves fit and comfort. The chamois is Giordana's Omniform Cirro S-W with aloe vera infusion, a women's-specific pad, combined with the Copa Mondiale sculpted fit for longer rides. Elastic cuffs and a stretch opening at the ankle avoid the bulk of zippers. Two reflective stripes at the back of the calves and a reflective Giordana logo on the lower right leg keep you visible.
This is a waist tight, not a bib. It is made in Italy, comes in black and is sized XS to 3XL, with an inseam of 26.5 inches in XS up to 30.7 inches in 3XL. Machine wash at 40°C or less on a reduced cycle and hang or lay flat to dry.
