The Giordana FR-C Tall Italy Socks are a lightweight cycling sock with a 23 cm cuff, knit in Italy from Meryl Skinlife, a 98% polyamide and 2% Lycra yarn. Giordana describes the yarn as anti-static and anti-bacterial, with silver ions built in to reduce odor, and says it promotes temperature regulation and circulation.
The shape is anatomical, contoured to the foot, with extra breathable panels across the top of the foot to release heat from inside the shoe. Giordana calls it one of the most comfortable summer socks in its line, and the clean look carries over to casual wear off the bike. Colors are Barolo Brown, black, white, deep blue, orchid, sky blue and smoke, in sizes S (37-40) through XL (49-52). Machine wash at 40°C or less and hang or lay flat to dry.
