The wide, concave platform has been designed to give your foot a secure anchoring, whether you are clipped in or not. There are eight adjustable pins on each side and the traction pads can be customized to suit your shoe tread. The body of the platform has been ribbed so you will still get some grip when you aren’t actually clipped in. The classic four-sided entry of the clipless portion of the pedal will require effortless force and shed any mud you may be picking up along the way.
The Crank Brothers Mallet DH Pedals come with brass cleats, and the float and release angles are customizable. A pair weighs 479 grams.
