Campagnolo Centaur 11s (12-32) Cassette Info
Campagnolo’s Centaur 11 Cassette is designed to mesh perfectly with the rest of their Centaur group. This means not only is the spacing between the cogs perfect, but also the level of finish quality and the finish itself.
First, a word on spacing. All Campagnolo cassettes have the same eleven-speed spacing, which meshes perfectly with all Campagnolo eleven-speed shifting, which is pretty much identical to eleven-speed spacing across the industry. The cog cuts, shapes, ramps, etc. on the Centaur cassette are similar to what you’ll find across the Campagnolo cassette range. The other difference that is essential to know is that the splines on the inside of the cogs match the splines of Campagnolo and Campagnolo-compatible cassette bodies only, specifically those cassette bodies for 9/10/11-speed rear wheels. These cassette bodies are standard on Campagnolo wheels, and are an option for many after-market wheels.
Campagnolo offers the Centaur Cassette in three cassette combinations: 11-29, 11-32, and 12-29. The 11-29 weighs 291, including the lock ring, which is included with the cassette.
The tallest three cogs are riveted to a carrier to both save weight and protect the cassette body. The remaining eight cogs are loose and slide onto the cassette body along with the included spacers.
The Campagnolo Centaur Eleven-Speed Cassette is the perfect way to finish your Centaur gruppo.
