The Kuat Pivot Swing Away Extension provides extra mobility for your favorite bike rack. This extension swings toward the passenger side, clearing the way for trunk access, even when the bikes are still aboard. It accommodates Kuat racks holding up to four bikes at a time. This system can swing well over 90-degrees, but with the help of the flatlock cam system, it only swings when you want it to. An aluminum stainless steel thru axle and a locking hitch pin are included for maximum security. Simply install the Kuat Pivot Swing Away Extension to your 2-inch hitch and make your rack work for you.
