The BMC Roadmachine 01 is a favorite endurance road bike of the cycling community thanks to its versatile performance, comfort, and speed in a single platform. Built with BMC’s premium 01-grade carbon, it features a carefully refined layup that offers impressive torsional stiffness and real-world compliance. The frame is designed around BMC’s endurance geometry, with a dropped bottom bracket, increased stack, and shortened rear center to provide a stable, responsive ride across varied surfaces. Tuned for speed over long distances, the Roadmachine 01 provides the rare combination of race-ready speed and fun to ride.
The Roadmachine 01 THREE model is equipped with a 12-speed electronic SRAM Force AXS groupset, including a power meter. It also comes with lightweight carbon wheels for a fast, efficient ride. A one-piece aero chainring and wireless electronic shifting deliver smooth, accurate performance under load. The Easton EC70 SL carbon handlebar and ICS2 stem offer ergonomic control with full internal cable routing and adjustable fit. To further enhance versatility, the frame is optimized for 32–35 mm tires and clears up to 40mm, giving riders the freedom to tackle road, rough pavement, or even light gravel with confidence.
Integration plays a central role in the Roadmachine 01’s design. The Aerocore bottle cages conceal a dial-operated access point to an internal downtube storage compartment, complete with a water-repellent pouch for essentials. The D-shape seatpost houses a fully integrated, USB-rechargeable rear light, combining aerodynamic efficiency with everyday safety. Each component is designed to serve multiple functions without adding unnecessary bulk or complexity, resulting in a clean, high-performance aesthetic.
