Welcome to the RA Cycles Ambassador Program

It is great to formally welcome you to the Ambassador Program at RA Cycles. As the CEO of RA Cycles, I want you to know that everything I do is for the betterment of cycling. This program is designed for exactly that purpose.

The cycling world may seem to be growing, but in reality, it is facing challenges. A lack of services, experiences, and retailer presence worldwide is making it harder for cyclists to get the support they need. Our mission at RA Cycles is to support every cyclist, whether they purchase from us or not. We want to spread the love of cycling far and wide.

The Ambassador Program

This program is our opportunity to take what we do to the next level and promote the goodness of cycling through you—our ambassadors. We know cycling is expensive and sometimes tedious, but just as we want you to help grow the sport, we also want to help you enhance your cycling experience.

Step #1 Ambassador Onboarding

Step #2 Rides & Strava Setup

Each ambassador will have an RA Cycles Strava Page, managed by you but owned by RA Cycles. Your page will be customized for your city, such as "RA Cycles | Memphis." You will set up rides, and we will help market them.

Ride Types

• Rally's: A social ride to a unique destination like a pizza joint, brewery, or mountain top.
• Challenge Rides: Fun events where riders compete for prizes, backed by our suppliers.
• Gender/Skill Specific Rides: Great for riders who prefer a more comfortable pace or experience.

We will need you to upload and prepare rides on Strava and post ride photos.

Step #3 Social Media

Most ambassadors utilize social media, and part of your renewal is tied to quality posts.

• We encourage at least two collaborative social media posts every month during the season.
• Posts should be cycling-related but not all need to be about riding.
• We accept purposeful photography and storytelling to inspire cycling growth.

Step #4 Local Liaison

We are looking for ambassadors to be our voice in the community. This does not mean selling for us but being a resource and sounding board for local cyclists.

Step #5 Quarterly Renewals

Every 3-4 months, we will review your ride logs, social contributions, and community outreach to renew your ambassadorship.

Employee Pricing

As an ambassador, you receive employee pricing—our cost after shipping from suppliers.

Exclusions:

• Limited Edition Items: Some rare or high-demand items may not be available.
• Friends & Family: Discounts apply only to you.
• Quantity Limits: To prevent unauthorized sales, purchase limits include:
• Tires: 10 per year
• Helmets: 2 per year
• Wheelsets: 2 per year (only available after first review period)
• Bikes/Frames: 1 per category per year (limit 2 per year, only after 2 review periods)
