The Silca Chain Stripper and Wax Prep gives you everything you need to prep your factory-greased chain in less than 10 minutes. It is a highly concentrated biodegradable degreaser combined with a wax adhesion promoter. The wax serves as a primer and allows for single step preparation of your chain. Simply immerse your chain in the Chain Stripper and Wax Prep for 30 seconds, allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes, then repeat the process and rinse with water. Drop the chain into the hot wax and any remaining liquid will boil off. This will result in about a 30 percent longer life for your chain.
