The first component is the carbon-fiber base bar. The handlebar clamp section is narrow and measures 31.8mm, which is standard these days, though it is designed to work with the PRO Missile Evo Stem. The bullhorns measure 40cm center-to-center with 147.5mm of reach and 25mm of drop. The forward sweep is 21-degrees and the grip length is 140mm. The base bar is molded into a wing shape for aerodynamics, while the handrests are flat for both aerodynamics and hand placement. Plug-style bar end brake and brake/shift levers can be installed into the ends. The bars are designed so both cables and wires can run internally through the bars. There are two sets of holes in the bar through which the extensions can be bolted to. Narrow is 11.3cm from mounting point to mounting point. Wide is 18.2cm.

 The extensions measure 370mm and can be adjusted to be as short as 150mm in 15mm increments. The pads can be installed in any of ten positions on the bars. There are two widths on the pads themselves, making for narrow and wide options on them as well as narrow and wide options for the extensions themselves.

The kit comes with base bar, s-bend extensions, armrests, two 1mm spacers, six 5mm spacers, four extension adapters, two base bar adapters, four sets of base bar bolts, and end caps.
