The Scott Addict is an endurance road bike designed for riders who want performance for miles on end. It is built with a more relaxed and endurance-focused geometry compared to the Addict RC. This keeps riders comfortable while they push ahead through long rides. The Addict uses Scott’s HMF carbon to build the frame. This lightweight and durable carbon allows for a more affordable price tag compared to their HMX models while maintaining low weight and high speed. The Scott Addict is the type of bike you want to be on for an all-day ride on the road.
This version of the Addict is equipped with a Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 groupset. This offers some of the best 12-speed electronic shifting on the market. It also includes Fulcrum Wind 42 Wheels which have improved reactivity and comfort to combine speed with rideability, just like the rest of the Addict. Most riders are less focused on racing and aiming more for a great workout and fun on group rides.
