This hitch rack fits securely onto a 2-inch hitch and can carry two bikes of up to 60 pounds each. Despite its ability to carry such large loads, the rack itself weighs just 52 pounds. It is equipped with adjustable cradles which can accommodate wheelbases up to 50 inches long. There are three positions to choose from so handlebar or seatpost clearance never become an issue. It can also safely secure anything from skinny road tires to the bulky tires of your favorite fat bike. Note that 20-24 inch wheels will require an adaptor. A tools-free cam system makes the rack very easy to install while hitch and lock cable locks keep your bikes firmly locked on. The pivot lever has a foot assist option so you can drop the rack without using your hands, lowering it to a level for ideal for loading bikes.
