One little device. 12g. The Running Dynamics Pod packs lots of programming and a user-replaceable CR1632 battery into a clip you slide onto the waistband of your shorts to get six valuable training measures that can be broadcast to compatible devices.
The Pod measures: cadence, ground contact time, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical oscillation, vertical ratio. This data can be sent to a number of compatible devices while you run, then uploaded and analyzed after the run is over.
