Look Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Track Pedals Info

The Look KEO Blade Carbon Ceramic Track Pedals take the world class KEO road technology and make it available to track athletes. These pedals come in at a mere 121 grams, thanks to an incredibly specific carbon layup. Look has been in the carbon engineering game for over 30 years, so they know how to make a lightweight component without sacrificing strength. The Blade lever system is also 20 percent lighter than the standard spring-lever system. They are also 15 percent lighter than track pedals with a strap and as we know, lighter feet lead to faster pedaling. The Look KEO Blade Carbon Ceramic Track Pedals offer world class performance and cutting edge track technology.

Every watt of power you crank into the Look KEO Blade Carbon Ceramic Track Pedals is converted directly into speed. With a 700mm2 contact area, the rider’s foot becomes one with the pedal to crank tons of power through the drivetrain. This type of world class power along with their lightweight gives them the best power to weight ratio on the market. Ceramic bearings are featured in this version of the KEO Blade, all meticulously calibrated, down to the micro-meter. Ceramic bearings are less susceptible to dust and corrosion, giving them a lifespan about four to six times longer than steel bearings. They also reduce friction by up to 18 percent so you can go faster for longer. The Look KEO Blade Carbon Ceramic Pedals are a world class addition to your favorite track bike.

Note: The knob at the bottom of the pedal is a lock to keep the foot in place on the track. It is NOT a tension adjustment knob. Be sure to disengage the knob before releasing the cleat to avoid damage to the pedal.
