The Tubolito Tubo Road Tube - 700c, 42mm Presta Valve is built from a proprietary thermoplastic elastomer — the same material used in high-altitude balloon manufacturing — that allows it to weigh just 38 grams. That's roughly 70 grams lighter than a standard butyl inner tube, a meaningful reduction on any road bike where rotating weight is felt on every climb and acceleration. Compatible with rim and disc brake setups, it fits 700c tires in the 18–32mm width range and uses a 42mm Presta valve suited to most road rims.

Tubolito tubes are also notably more puncture-resistant than traditional butyl, and their compact packed size makes them a smart spare to carry on long rides. If you're looking to shed real grams without touching your wheels or groupset, this is one of the more straightforward ways to do it.
