That measured float gives your knee a small amount of natural tracking through the pedal stroke without sacrificing the direct power transfer that road and indoor cycling demands. If the no-float SH11 feels too locked-in and the 6-degree SH10 too loose, the SH12 sits squarely between them.
The wide, low-profile cleat body distributes load across the shoe sole and makes walking off the bike more manageable than most road cleats. Each set includes both cleats and the necessary mounting hardware.
