Saltstick Electrolyte + Caffeine Capsules are the caffeinated version of Saltstick's well-regarded electrolyte capsules — each cap delivers 30mg of caffeine alongside a balanced electrolyte profile designed to replace what you lose through sweat during hard efforts.

The formula includes sodium (as sodium citrate, which is easier on the stomach than sodium chloride), potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, and 100IU of Vitamin D3 to support calcium absorption. Electrolyte quantities are slightly lower than the standard caps to accommodate the caffeine. A useful option for longer rides when you want hydration support and a measured caffeine hit in a single capsule — without the guesswork of stacking separate products.
