The RockShox Reverb AXS Seatpost A2 cuts the cable entirely — wireless electronic actuation means no hydraulic hose to route, no lever to clamp, and a cockpit that stays clean regardless of how complex your build gets. Activation is handled via SRAM's AXS ecosystem, so the same battery that powers your drivetrain or brakes can run the post, and the AXS app lets you tune actuation behavior, check battery level, and push firmware updates from your phone.
The A2 update brings a redesigned lower-friction IFP that improves actuation speed and reduces the effort required to drop and return the post — noticeable on fast, technical terrain where you're hitting the button repeatedly. Vent Valve Technology lets you address air and oil mixing without pulling the post apart, which keeps maintenance straightforward. The system carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, works with 7mm round and 7×9mm oval saddle rails, and is approved for e-bike use. Four drop lengths — 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 170mm — are available across 30.9mm, 31.6mm, and 34.9mm diameter options.
