The proprietary woven fabric is ultralight and designed to move heat and moisture off the skin quickly, which matters once temperatures climb and a heavier bib short starts to feel like a liability. The pattern is cut to minimize seams and place panels strategically across the body, reducing friction points over long rides.

The chamois is Q36.5's two-piece Unique Pro pad, adapted for this bib with mesh vents at the front and rear to add ventilation on top of the pad's existing moisture management. A lumbar support panel, built from a proprietary high-density woven fabric, adds graduated compression through the lower back and glutes — Q36.5 says the added stability there helps riders maintain power output later in a ride. The fabric itself is woven with a small amount of real silver thread through the weft, which speeds drying and gives the material antibacterial properties; Q36.5 also credits the silver thread with reducing muscle fatigue from electro-magnetic exposure, a claim worth taking as the brand's own framing rather than an independently verified spec.

Fabric is a 63% polyamide, 35% elastane, 1% polyester, 1% silver blend.
