Underneath the anniversary styling, it carries the same racing-focused construction as the standard Equipe R S11: a second-skin, aerodynamic fit built for daily training and racing rather than all-day comfort at the expense of speed. A zeroPressure waist uses a highly elastic construction to reduce pressure in an aggressive, aero riding position, so the fit holds up when you're bent low over the bars for hours.
The chamois is built around Assos's Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono 9 — a 9mm compressive foam racing platform using a 3D Waffle perforated structure to cut weight while keeping breathability up.
