The Salming Speed 3 Shoes are built around Salming's Rule of Five philosophy — light, flexible, flat, thin, and comfortable. A 5mm drop puts your foot in a natural position, letting you use your foot's own spring rather than relying on cushioning to do the work. The SpeedLite compound and RunLite midsole work together to give you a closer feel for the ground, while blown rubber on the outsole keeps weight minimal without sacrificing grip.
The TGS 62/75 system controls fore-aft flex to mirror your foot's natural movement — with a flex point at 62% of the shoe's length, angled at 75 degrees to match the angle of the ball of your foot. The upper bonds to an exoskeleton that wraps the foot securely, eliminating lateral movement. A strong choice for triathletes and fast-turnover runners who want the ground to feel close.
