The Salming Miles Shoes are built for long-distance road running — cushioned enough to handle hours on asphalt and concrete, while staying true to Salming's low-drop, natural-movement philosophy. At 4mm drop, the Miles sits slightly lower than the brand's Distance model, a deliberate trade-off that accommodates the added cushioning underfoot without changing how the shoe runs.
Salming's Recoil midsole delivers higher rebound than traditional foam, returning energy during push-off rather than just absorbing impact. The TGS 62/75 flex system places the shoe's forefoot flex point at 62% of its length and angles it at 75 degrees — mirroring the natural arc of your metatarsal heads. A Torsion Efficiency Unit connects heel to forefoot, limiting lateral twist and directing energy forward. The upper bonds to an exoskeleton that wraps the foot and removes lateral movement without adding weight. Available in Pink Glo / Purple Cactus Flower, these are a strong option for women's triathlon running and long training days alike.
