G8 Performance Metdome Metatarsal Pads are adhesive pads designed to attach directly to G8 2620 or Ignite insoles, sitting beneath the first and second metatarsal heads at the ball of your foot. By gently lifting and spreading the toes, they promote blood flow to the forefoot — addressing the toe numbness and tingling that many cyclists experience during hard efforts or prolonged time in the saddle.

They're also intended to assist with temperature regulation, which makes them worth considering if overheating feet are a recurring issue on long rides. Note that these pads require a relatively new insole to adhere properly — worn top covers won't hold them securely. One size fits all.
