The Thule Round Trip MTB Travel Case is built around the reality that your mountain bike deserves more than a borrowed cardboard box and a roll of bubble wrap. Rigid side panels reinforced with 5mm corrugated polypropylene and a molded HDPE bottom tub provide structural protection where impacts are most likely, while padded interior packing panels cushion the frame throughout.
An integrated work stand lets you disassemble and reassemble your bike inside the case — no hunting for a separate stand at the destination. Dedicated rotor pockets keep brake rotors clear of pressure during transit, and a drivetrain wrap shields the rear derailleur and chain from contact with the rest of the case. When you're done traveling, the folding sidewalls collapse down for compact storage. Fitting wheelbases up to 130cm and tires up to 29 x 3 inches, it covers the range of modern mountain bike geometry.
