The Lemond Monolink Ulteam Stem is built from 100% carbon fibre using a Resin Transfer Molding process — a construction method designed to maximise stiffness and resist the torsional forces generated during sprinting and climbing. The result is a stem engineered to translate power from your arms to the front end without flex or wasted effort.
The faceplate is carbon fibre, and the hardware is where the detail work shows: bar clamp bolts are embedded in the stem body and tightened with Allen-head nuts, while the steerer clamp uses titanium bolts secured with nuts — each fastener spec matched to the forces it handles. The stem also features an integrated mounting point on the underside for electronic shifting junction boxes, removing the need for zip ties or rubber bands and keeping the cockpit clean. It runs an 80-degree angle (–10°), a single fixed orientation that reflects its intent: stiffness over adjustability.
