The SRAM Red 22 Shifters/Hydraulic Standard Mount Disc Brake brings Double-Tap mechanical shifting and hydraulic road braking into a single lever body — built for disc-equipped road bikes, gravel rigs, and cyclocross machines that demand precise control in all conditions. This listing is for one side only and includes the shifter, brake lever, and hose.

The lever hood is larger than a traditional Double-Tap unit — necessarily so, to house the hydraulic fluid reservoir — but SRAM used that added volume to improve grip, giving you a longer, more comfortable hood to wrap your hands around. The brake lever blade is extended for easier reach from the drops, and reach to both the lever and shifter blade adjusts independently, so you can dial in the setup regardless of hand size or bar bend. The Connectamajig fitting means you can route hoses through the frame and connect them to the caliper without draining and refilling the system — a practical detail that simplifies installation. A separate SRAM bleed kit is required to complete the setup. Rotors are sold separately; standard-mount calipers are designed to work best with 160mm front and 140mm rear rotors.
