DUB — Durable Unified Bottom bracket — was designed to span frame standards without requiring a different crankset for each one. The Pressfit30 variant handles the PF30 shell specifically, with a spacer on the drive side to accommodate the shell geometry. Installation is straightforward: press it in, torque your crank, and the interface is done. The increased spindle diameter stiffens the crank-to-BB junction, which is where torsional losses tend to show up under hard efforts.
