It's the deepest rim in Shimano's Dura-Ace R9200-series wheel lineup, sitting above the C36 and C50 for riders who prioritize aerodynamic efficiency over all-around versatility. Shimano now sells this generation of 12-speed Dura-Ace wheels as individual front and rear units rather than only as a set, which means you can pair this front wheel with whatever rear you're already running or build out a full C60 wheelset over time.

The rim itself is full carbon, 60mm deep, and shaped around Shimano's D2 profile, a wind-tunnel-developed cross-section designed to cut drag across yaw angles from 0 to 15 degrees, which covers most of the crosswind conditions you'll actually encounter on a flat road wheel. It measures 21mm internally and 28mm externally, a hooked tubeless-ready design that lines up best with 26-30mm tires while still accommodating anything from 25mm up to 32mm.
