The Selle Italia Novus Flow Saddle takes the profile of a high-performance road shape and makes it accessible — a flat top, short nose, and generous central cutout, built for riders who need meaningful pressure relief without stepping into race-weight pricing. The shell is nylon composite, the rails are TI 316 alloy tube at 7mm round, and a layer of neoprene sits between the shell and cover for added cushioning where it counts.
The Flow sits within Selle Italia's Novus line, which is defined by its flat profile and abbreviated length. Two widths are available — L at 146mm and S at 137mm, both sharing the same 278mm length — corresponding to the L3 and S3 designations in Selle Italia's idmatch sizing system. The Fibra-Tek synthetic leather cover is durable and holds its shape over long hours in the saddle, and the Superflow cutout opens fully through the mid-section to reduce soft-tissue pressure on longer efforts.
