Quarq DZero GXP Aluminum Crank Info
The Quarq DZero GXP Aluminum Crank is built around the same DZero spider found on Quarq's higher-tier cranksets, paired with forged aluminum arms — a practical choice for riders who want accurate, reliable power data without the weight penalty being a priority. That spider is the core of the system, and it does the heavy lifting: measuring your output consistently, broadcasting simultaneously over ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy, and doing all of it without requiring a magnet on the frame to wake it up.
Accuracy sits at ±1.5%, and the system includes temperature compensation across a 10,000-degree range to keep readings consistent as conditions change through a ride. OmniCal means you won't need to recalibrate when swapping chainrings — a genuine convenience for riders who run multiple setups. The user-replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery is easy to source, and an IPX7 waterproof rating means the unit handles rain without complaint. A color-coded LED gives you real-time feedback on battery status and zero calibration. Firmware updates are handled wirelessly through the Qalvin app.
