The Park Tool DH-1 Dummy Hub slots into the dropouts in place of your rear wheel, holding the chain on the cassette side so you can pedal the cranks, run through the gears, and service or diagnose the drivetrain without a wheel in the way. It's a small tool that removes a genuine friction point from any drivetrain service job.
The DH-1 works with 1/8-inch single-speed and all multi-speed chains, and it's compatible with both quick release and 12mm thru-axle frames — covering the vast majority of road and mountain drivetrains you're likely to work on.
